Day 6 – Hugging Meditation

One of my favorite authors and meditation teachers Tara Brach once talked about a hugging meditation. I was looking on youtube and found this short and lovely video about a hugging meditation. The gentleman here mentions that you need a partner: a friend, spouse, child, or a stranger. I practiced this hugging meditation with my dog! But you can also practice this with yourself- just give yourself a warm embrace and enjoy the meditation all the same!
