Mindfulness is more than sitting quietly and focusing on your breath and body sensations. It is nonjudgmental paying attention to and throwing yourself into the present moment. You can mindfully walk, eat, sit, stand, talk, laugh, hug, color, breathe, swim, clean, and….. you can mindfully play games!
Mindfulness Games are games that we have specially designed to develop your awareness, calm and compassion through play. We have published instructions for nine games to start with, and importantly they are games you play with other people and in ‘real life’.
